Copyright notice
INTELLECTUAL TOUCH respects intellectual property rights and responds to complete notices of claimed copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Submitting a notice
Your written notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material claimed to infringe and its exact website location, include your name and contact information, and contain statements that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury. Include the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notification identifying the material and former location, stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and providing your name, address, telephone number, signature and the jurisdictional consent required by applicable law.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, we may restrict access for repeat infringers and remove content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Send a notice
Send copyright notices and counter-notifications to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” Incomplete notices may delay review. Knowingly false claims may create legal liability.
